Buyer is obliged to inspect goods upon delivery. Any complaint must be made known to Marquis Furniture Gallery Pte Ltd when receiving the goods. Marquis Furniture Gallery Pte Ltd will not entertain complaints received 3 days after receipt of goods.
All products are manufactured according to manufacturer’s standards. Any variations in the natural wood, stone and other naturally occurring materials are inherent and are not considered to be defects. Marquis Furniture Gallery Pte Ltd declines any responsibility for faults and/r damages that are a result of improper use of products and/or use in environments that products are not designed for.
