I was born in 1981 in Arezzo an Italian medieval town rich in tradition and craftsmanship located in Tuscany between Firenze and Siena.
The context was ideal for the development of my imagination during childhood, and lead me to investigate how and why objects can be designed.
In 2004, I had my graduation in Industrial Design from the Istituto Europeo di Design in Milan.
The thesis project was featured by Piquadro as an example of research and product development.
In 2005, I had a Master in Car design with Lamborghini S.p.a and the thesis project won the ‘Master course award’.
I have worked in different fields of design, from car design modelling to product design.
In 2010, after meeting with Aldo Cibic I was hosted in the headquarters of the famous Designer.
In 2011 I opened my own studio in Milan where mixing passion about the craft and consciousnes of the historical and social development of Italian manufacture I have developed products and self-productions with small historical reality in the field of wrought iron, glass and wood.
In 2012 I exhibited in Milano Superstudio during the Design Week and I won the ‘Discovering Award’ dedicated to young designers exibitors chosen by a jury members Giulio Cappellini, Gisella Borioli.
In 2012 I was awarded in Singapore with the ‘Red Dot Design Award’ for the prototype chair ‘Ladu’.
In January 2013 I have exhibited at the IMM Cologne as ‘Young Professionals’.

In April 2013, during the Salone Satellite in Milano Fair I have presented some new prototypes, and I was awarded with the ‘Salone Satellite Award : Special Mention’ from the Satellite's jury.
In September 2013, I was invited to participate at the London Design Week in the fair called ‘Tent London’ dedicated to emerging talents.
In October 2013 I won the ‘Red Dot: Best of the Best 2013’ in Singapore for the chair ‘Maybe’.
In January 2014, the German Design Council have conferred me the (IIA Award 2014)
Interior Innovation Award 2014 during the fair IMM Cologne, for the chair ‘Tremenda’
designed and manufactured by Riva 1920 S.p.a in Italy.
In April 2014, I have presented 4 new prototypes of chairs at the Salone Satellite during the Milano Furniture Fair.
In May 2014 thanks to the Wanteddesign committee and the Azure Magazine I have took part at the New York Design Week by exhibiting some prototypes in the platform for young designers called Launch Pad inside the design event Wanteddesign 2014.
In july 2014, the prototype chair 'Caprice' presented in World Premiere in April 2014 in Milan at the Salone Satellite, and in May in New York, received the RedDot Design Award 2014.
The Awarding Ceremony was attempted on 26 Sep 2014 at the Red Dot Design Museum in Singapore.
In April 2015 I have present the Nati chair, the Giubba Sofa and the Pegasus chair at the Salone Satellite in Milano during the Salone del Mobile design week.
In April 2016 The Company Porada have present the Sofa Allison at the Salone del Mobile and now is on sale on their catalogue.
